Shipping Details

Production time: 3-5 business days
Each piece is handcrafted upon order — thank you for supporting slow fashion and our team in Ukraine.
Estimated delivery times:
  • International shipping: 10 days — €30
  • Ukraine: 2–3 business days — Free
  • Complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over €1000

Please note: We do not ship to Russia or Belarus under any circumstances.

Shipping Terms

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • We work with trusted third-party couriers. However, Ziyai is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during delivery.
  • Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the client at the moment it is handed over to the courier.
  • All shipping-related claims should be addressed directly to the delivery provider.

Taxes & Import Duties

  • Import duties, customs fees, and VAT are not included in your order total.
  • These costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for accurate information.

Important Notice

Due to ongoing martial law in Ukraine, all orders placed during this period are final sale and non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
(This does not apply in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.)
Ziyai reserves the right to modify or update shipping terms without prior notice, in accordance with national regulations or changes in third-party courier operations.
