Ziyai Return Policy

We want every client to be fully satisfied with their purchase and are committed to providing a flawless customer experience.
We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of delivery.
Items purchased at a 30% discount or more, or customized items, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return an Item

  1. To request a return for an online purchase, please email us at ziyaistudio@gmail.com.
    You will receive instructions and the return address.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
    Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Pack the item in its original Ziyai packaging, including all tags and the “DO NOT REMOVE” seal.
    The item must be in new, unworn condition.
    Ziyai reserves the right to determine the condition of returned items upon inspection.
    Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or worn for shoots or public appearances will not be accepted.
  4. Ship the package back using any trackable and insured courier service of your choice.
    Return shipping costs are covered by the customer in all cases, except in the case of confirmed manufacturing defects.
  5. Please provide us with the tracking number of your shipment. Returns without tracking information cannot be processed.
  6. All approved returns must be shipped within 5 business days after approval.

Refund Timeline

Please allow 2–3 weeks to process your return once we receive your parcel.
You will be notified via email once the item has been received and inspected.
The refund itself may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For approved returns, Ziyai reserves the right to deduct up to 10% of the item’s value as a handling fee.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was confirmed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at ziyaistudio@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

  • Items purchased at a 30% discount or more
  • Customized, monogrammed, or altered items
  • Items used for photoshoots, social media, or public appearances

Shipping & Taxes

  • Shipping fees, gift wrap charges, and taxes (VAT, customs, duties) are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipment.
    The customer assumes all risks and costs associated with returns.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it as per our return process, and place a new order once the return is approved.

Legal Disclaimer

  • In case of disputes about the condition of an item, Ziyai may initiate an independent third-party inspection.
  • Ziyai reserves the right to decline any return without explanation if there is evidence of policy abuse or violation of terms.
  • Customers who make frequent returns may be restricted from making future purchases or returns.
  • Ziyai reserves the right to refuse returns from countries where shipping or customs conditions make returns impractical or commercially unviable.
  • If a return is not accepted, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.
